NIH to award IDIQ contracts

BETHESDA, MD: The National Institutes of Health (NIH) posted a solicitation for public information and communications services, according to the Federal Business Opportunities Web site. Multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts will be awarded.

The goal for the contracts is to support the federal agency's public affairs mission. Tasks include strategic communications and research, media analysis and outreach, outreach and promotion activities and events, integrated marketing, and development of materials. Responses are due April 16. Interested vendors include Porter Novelli, Ketchum, Fleishman-Hillard, Ogilvy PR Worldwide, Public Strategies, Spectrum, and Allison & Partners.
