Indianapolis Motor Speedway hires Mark Dill

INDIANAPOLIS: The Indianapolis Motor Speedway hired Mark Dill as VP of marketing and PR.

INDIANAPOLIS: The Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) hired Mark Dill as VP of marketing and PR.

Dill, who founded Mark Dill Enterprises in 2008, previously held communications positions with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina and Nortel Networks, where he helped activate the company's sponsorship of Indianapolis 500 race teams. In his new position, Dill will work to expand the customer base, while other responsibilities include corporate sponsorship and communications. IMS also hired James Newton as director of marketing.
