WASHINGTON: Ketchum hired Josie Martin as SVP of public affairs and director of business development in Washington, effective April 19. Martin, former EVP and public affairs practice leader at GolinHarris, reports to Don Foley, director of North American public affairs, and Liz McLean, director of the Washington office. It is a new position.
