NEW YORK: British Airways has hired Text 100 to handle PR and social media for this year's "Face to Face" program, after a competitive pitch. The program, now in its second year, targets small and medium business owners and is designed to encourage travel. Last year's campaign centered on a contest that awarded a select number of business owners free flights around the world to have in-person meetings that would improve their business. John Lampl, VP of corporate communication for BA, said this year's campaign is still in the planning stages and will launch this summer.
