NFL EVP of comms moves to senior adviser role

NEW YORK: Joe Browne, the EVP of communications and government affairs for the NFL, is switching roles to become senior adviser to the league.

NEW YORK: Joe Browne, the EVP of communications and government affairs for the NFL, is switching roles to become senior adviser to the league. Browne, who has been with the NFL for 45 years, will remain involved in congressional and political issues in Washington, and will continue to oversee NFL Charities, USA Football, and the Youth Football Fund. The NFL is currently searching for his replacement.
