SILVER SPRING, MD: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) canceled a solicitation to hire a PR firm that would have developed a communication plan for the agency, according to a federal database.

SILVER SPRING, MD: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) canceled a solicitation to hire a PR firm that would have developed a communication plan for the agency, according to a federal database. The one-year contract was canceled "due change in requirements."

The FDA's office of external affairs planned to hire a firm to develop a communication plan and provide external and internal communication training. The solicitation was originally published April 27.
