Elasticity leaves parent company

ST. LOUIS, MS: Elasticity has spun off from parent company Osborn & Barr (O&B), effective last week.

ST. LOUIS, MS: Elasticity has spun off from parent company Osborn & Barr (O&B), it announced last week. The separation enables the partners of Elasticity to buy controlling interest in the company, according to a blog post by Aaron Perlut, managing partner at the firm.

Elasticity clients include Charter Communications, Capital One, Sony Online Entertainment, Anheuser Busch InBev, Stifel Nicolaus, Toro, Travel Leaders, Stout Industries, and Lanworth, among others.

Elasticity will move from its current space within O&B in downtown St. Louis to a newly renovated space in the city.

O&B, an advertising and PR firm focused on agriculture, rural lifestyle, and outdoor markets, launched the subsidiary firm in January 2009.
