WATERTOWN, MA: Market influence analytics shop Cymfony unveiled an update to its social media metrics product Maestro, giving users the ability to integrate the tool within other workplace applications.
Called Maestro v1.4, the company's third-generation of the product, offers a widget that can be plugged into separate workplace platforms, like a corporate portal, employee dashboard or other web-based or desktop applications. Previously a user had to enter into Maestro separately.
Maestro monitors and collects real-time data on social media conversations, and can be used by a company to follow what is being said about them in social media platforms.
Cymfony is a subsidiary of multimedia analysis and insight company Kantar Media.
