The Minneapolis-based medical device company is partnering with hospitals and clinics this year to host educational events in 25 cities for women to attend during Bladder Health Awareness Month, said Cindy Resman, director of PR. Medtronic also partnered with advocacy groups, the Accidental Sisterhood Foundation and the Women's Health Foundation, for the campaign.

Medtronic markets InterStim Therapy, a neurostimulation device that treats overactive bladder and urinary retention.
