WASHINGTON: DDC Advocacy named Steve Rice VP of field operations, effective December 1.

WASHINGTON: DDC Advocacy named Steve Rice VP of field operations, effective December 1. Rice reports to BR McConnon, chairman and CEO of the public affairs firm. He is the former director of public affairs at the Food Allergy Institute.
