Immigration and customs agency to issue RFP

WASHINGTON: The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement plans to hire a PR firm to support the agency's Office of Secure Communities, according to a federal filing.

WASHINGTON: The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement plans to hire a PR firm to support the agency's Office of Secure Communities, according to a federal filing. Tasks include strategic counsel, message development, stakeholder management and outreach, internal communications, media monitoring, event planning, and the development of a speaker's bureau. The contract will have an 11-month base period, with four 12-month option periods. The RFP is expected to be available January 11.

The agency canceled the RFP on January 5.
