WASHINGTON: DCI Group tapped Campbell Spencer and Ed Patru as VPs. Spencer, who started January 3, is the former Midwest political director for the White House. He reports to Tom Synhorst, chairman and founding partner of DCI Group. Patru most recently served as communications director for Linda McMahon's Senate campaign. He started in December and reports to managing partner Justin Peterson.
