CHICAGO: Ketchum hired Marc Levy, as SVP of insights in New York. In this newly created role, he will provide creative and strategic counsel to account teams and specialists to evolve program concepts. He had worked within the firm's New York brand practice from 1995 to 2001, and he was most recently EVP and creative director at Cohn & Wolfe.
Ketchum also hired Hugo Pérez as VP and account director of Hispanic marketing within its agency Zócalo Group. In this role, he'll lead the agency's efforts to create and execute multicultural word-of-mouth and social media programs.
