LONDON: Compton & Woodhouse, a retailer of collectibles and fine jewelery, has hired 5WPR for a US media relations campaign. Efforts will be aimed at promoting its memorabilia commemorating the royal wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton.
The engagement includes lead-up to the royal wedding on April 29, as well as outreach afterwards, said Ronn Torossian, CEO of 5WPR, in an e-mail to PRWeek.
“Royal wedding memorabilia and royal wedding collectibles allow people to be a part of the royal wedding and we are working via traditional and digital media outlets to ensure high awareness,” he said.
5WPR will also pitch Compton & Woodhouse as on-the-ground experts for the wedding, including fashion and style.
Torossian declined to say how they picked up the account. Compton & Woodhouse could not be reached for comment.
