For the 12th year running, Harris Interactive polled the US public to determine the reputation of America's biggest corporations. More than 30,000 Americans were surveyed and scores were determined based on 20 different attributes folded into six dimensions that comprise each entity's “RQ” (Reputation Quotient).

These results display the top 10 companies in 2011, compares those with 2010, and also reveals the top-ranked company in all six reputational dimensions.

Source: 2011 Harris Interactive RQ (Reputation Quotient) Survey. The survey was conducted from December 30, 2010 to February 22, 2011.
