SILVER SPRING, MD: Don Foley has joined C.Fox Communications as senior counselor.
“We both share a deep belief of providing good PR services that cater to the idea of the triple bottom line: the people, the planet, and the economy,” Carrie Fox, president of C.Fox Communications, said of Foley. “It's not just about the dollar figure, but of serving the common good. Don fits that bill.”
Fox added that Foley joined the agency on June 1 as a member of the executive team. Among his duties, he is responsible for strategic communications and guidance for executives and dealing with leaders at the highest level, such as an executive director, CEO, or head of a government agency.
Foley possesses a depth of experience in national politics, corporate affairs, and long-term planning, problem solving, and project management. He was chief of staff for Sen. Tom Harkin (D-IA) and was appointed by President Bill Clinton as convention manager for the 1996 National Democratic Convention in Chicago.
