Vintage car event hires JMPR for 2012 event

WOODLAND HILLS, CA: The Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance, a vintage automotive event, hired JMPR Public Relations for PR and media initiatives in 2012.

WOODLAND HILLS, CA: The Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance, a vintage automotive event, hired JMPR Public Relations for PR and media initiatives in 2012.

The agency will assist in various media relations plans for the March 2012 event, including outreach to automotive, business, and lifestyle consumer media and automotive industry trade press.

The 17th annual event in 2012 celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Ferrari 250 GTO. It also commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Shelby Cobra and the "24 Hours of Daytona" endurance race. JMPR will help to promote all of these events as well as several seminars and classes set to take place at the 2012 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance.

JMPR's other automotive clients include Pep Boys and Vogue Tyre and Rubber Co. The agency also handled the PR for electric car company THINK EV.
