On the heels of last month's AMEC European Summit on Measurement, the Public Relations Society of America's Miami and Gulfstream chapters will be co-hosting a panel discussion on the best approaches to measuring outcomes on July 19 in North Miami, FL.
Measurement practices for social media campaigns, public affairs, internal communications, media relations, and blogs will be discussed at the meeting.
Panelists include Katie Delahaye Paine, founder of KDPaine & Partners; Cynthia Evans, Latin America strategy director for MEC and research director for GroupM; and Maribel Ferrer-Gil, SVP of Fleishman-Hillard. The panel will be moderated by Laura Sturatis, EVP of media services and product strategy for Business Wire.
In June, the third annual AMEC conference took place in Lisbon, bringing together nearly 200 global PR practitioners, corporate executives, vendors, and worldwide industry organizations from 30 countries to discuss the best techniques for measuring the value of PR, including sales and corporate reputation.
Four key measurement priorities emerged from the event. They will be used for implementing the Barcelona Principles for PR and corporate practitioners worldwide.
