ALA partners with Cinsay for new marketing platform

WASHINGTON: The American Logistics Association is partnering with Cinsay, Inc. to develop and implement a customized eCommerce platform.

WASHINGTON: The American Logistics Association is partnering with Cinsay, Inc. to develop and implement a customized eCommerce platform.

The platform will enable the buying and selling of goods in an online market. Cinsay plans to tailor the technology to ALA's existing web capabilities.

The new system is expected to allow freer information flow for ALA and between vendors and consumers. Military families will have easier access to promotions and product descriptions, military training will be provided through video streaming, and ALA will be able to hold interactive teleconferences with those not able to travel.

ALA also plans to heighten public awareness about benefits provided to military families and contribution opportunities for military-affiliated charities and groups, such as the USO and military family scholarship programs.
