PORTLAND, ME: Kemp Goldberg Partners has launched a new public affairs practice. The agency also recently opened a new office in Washington, DC.
The firm's most recent public affairs work has included media relations and event logistics for the National Guard Youth Foundation's annual gala in Washington, DC, a campaign for Pareto Energy, and Web development and design for Cleaner Safer Trucking.
Earlier this summer, Kemp Goldberg hired Chris Philbrook as a senior account executive of the public affairs team. He joined from the Maine Association of Realtors, where he served as the government affairs and communications director. Philbrook's experience also includes a number of positions serving US Senator Susan Collins, former Secretary of the US Treasury Henry Paulson, and former President George W. Bush.
