NEW YORK: In an effort to place a larger, agency-wide emphasis on creativity, Allison & Partners named Billee Howard creative development officer.

Howard will lead and manage the agency's newly developed creativity council and its Naked Culture blog, which launched today.

Additionally, Howard will retain the role she took on in February as MD of the agency's brand innovation group. In her expanded position, she will work to harness and encourage creativity and innovative thinking among the agency's employees, while also overseeing the creative direction of the Allison & Partners brand.

Howard will work with agency employees to determine how Allison & Partners can integrate creativity into everything it does, including its approach to the new business process.

The Naked Culture blog will cover a variety of topics, including business, politics, arts and culture, with the intent of creating a touchstone for the creative process the entire agency can rally around. Most of the posts will be written by Howard and will cover trends and issues that impact business and consumers.

“The blog is starting as a tool to guide our internal creative process and to bring us all collectively closer to culture,” Howard said.
