SAN FRANCISCO: Lewis PR launched LSCORE, a measurement tool that claims to extend beyond coverage volume, tone and reach to provide clients with a dashboard view of progress within traditional and social channels.

SAN FRANCISCO: Lewis PR launched LSCORE, a measurement tool that claims to extend beyond coverage volume, tone and reach to provide clients with a dashboard view of progress within traditional and social channels.

The tool, based on the agency's proprietary assessment methodology, tracks and visualizes key performance indicators, including depth, engagement, volume, sentiment and conversion. The visualizations also include data from Google Analytics, URL shortening applications, and monitoring services.

In addition to the automated visualizations, LSCORE contains a built-in planning module that allows internal teams and client contacts to set jointly agreed-upon goals in categories, including share of voice measures, sentiment objectives and coverage level.
