Ward named EVP of publicity at Fox

LOS ANGELES: Twentieth Century Fox has appointed Bumble Ward as EVP of domestic publicity.

LOS ANGELES: Twentieth Century Fox has appointed Bumble Ward as EVP of domestic publicity.

Ward will report to Oren Aviv, president of the studio's domestic theatrical marketing and CMO, and Tony Stella, president of domestic theatrical marketing, and chief creative officer. She is replacing Carol Sewell, who left her position in May as EVP of publicity and field marketing.

Most recently, Ward was writing her own blog, called MissWhistle.com. In 2005, according to Variety, she closed her entertainment PR firm Bumble Ward & Associates, where she served as president and CEO. Ward's other PR stints include roles at Clein + White Public Relations and Marketing, Dennis Davidson & Associates, Andrea Jaffe & Associates, and Clein + Feldman.
