Simon is currently CMO PBC, responsible for PepsiCo's North American Beverage portfolio, its marketing strategy, innovation and execution. Simon joined PepsiCo's International Beverage business in 1995, after spending seven years at Unilever. Since then, he has held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility including the European Cola portfolio, and in New York, vice president, non-carbonated beverages; vice president, carbonated soft drinks and SVP/CMO, International Food and Beverage.
