Burson-Marsteller hires Miller as senior advisor

NEW YORK: Burson-Marsteller has appointed Matt Miller as a senior advisor within the firm's global strategy group, effective immediately.

NEW YORK: Burson-Marsteller has appointed Matt Miller as a senior advisor within the firm's global strategy group, effective immediately.

In the new position, Miller will be responsible for offering critical insights and creative advice to Burson-Marsteller clients, reporting to CEO Mark Penn, and Don Baer, worldwide vice-chairman and chief strategy officer. He will be based in Los Angeles, CA.

Miller's experience includes serving as a senior advisor in the White House Office of Management and Budget during the Clinton Administration. He is a weekly columnist for The Washington Post's online edition, and also host of US public radio shot "Left, Right & Center." In addition, Miller is a contributor to MSNBC, and CNBC.
