NEW YORK: The Arcus Foundation, an organization focused on global social justice and conservation issues, has appointed Bryan Simmons VP of global communications.
Simmons joined Arcus from IBM, where he served in a number of executive positions in marketing and communications, including VP of IBM Americas, VP of global industry communications, and VP of marketing for IBM Lotus Software.
The foundation also promoted Tom Kam to VP of social justice programming. He had previously served as deputy program director for LGBT programs, as well as director of the religion and values program.
