PARIS: Publicis Groupe has added Digitas Health and Razorfish Health to its Publicis Healthcare Communications Group (PHCG) in an effort to redefine the unit as technology needs grow in the healthcare sector.
Both Digitas Health and Razorfish Health will operate as standalone brands within PHCG. Both agencies' co-presidents, Michael du Toit and Alexandra von Plato will report directly to Nick Colucci, PHCG president and CEO.
Other firms in the group include Saatchi & Saatchi Health, Publicis Life Brands, Publicis Healthware International, Publicis Touchpoint Solutions, and Publicis Medical Education Group. Both Digitas Health and Razorfish Health are based in Philadelphia.
Publicis Groupe's PR firms saw organic revenue growth of between 8% and 10% in Q3.
