NEW YORK: Child's Play Communications has hired Debbie Bookstaber as social media director. She will develop social media strategies and initiatives for clients.
Stephanie Azzarone, president of the agency, said Bookstaber's role will involve identifying approaches across social networking channels that best meet client objectives, enhancing and expanding the agency's blogger relationships, creating blogger referral and affiliate marketing programs, and analyzing the impact of programs.
Prior to joining Child's Play, Bookstaber was VP of strategy and business development at The Jar Group, where she handled the launch of the company's social media and affiliate marketing programs.
