J&J promotes Sneed to VP, global corporate affairs

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ: Johnson & Johnson has promoted Michael Sneed, a company group chairman, to VP of global corporate affairs, effective January 1, 2012.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ: Johnson & Johnson has promoted Michael Sneed, a company group chairman, to VP of global corporate affairs, effective January 1, 2012.

Sneed will take over the responsibilities of Brian Perkins, J&J's VP of corporate affairs, when he retires early next year. Ray Jordan, corporate VP of public affairs and corporate communications at the company, will work on Sneed's team.

Sneed joined the company as a marketing assistant for its Personal Products Company in 1983. He has also served as VP of worldwide consumer pharmaceuticals for the Asia-Pacific, Eastern Europe, and Latin America regions, as well as president of McNeil Consumer Nutritionals.
