NEW YORK: Donald Rubin, SVP of IR at the McGraw-Hill Companies for the last 52 years, will retire in the beginning of 2012.
Rubin will stay with McGraw-Hill while the company reviews candidates for his position, the company said.
For the last 18 years, Rubin has headed the investor and shareholder relations department, where he worked to build relationships with investors. The company noted that during his time as SVP of IR, it returned more than $11.5 billion to shareholders.
Prior to leading IR for McGraw-Hill, Rubin was SVP of corporate affairs for the company, and before that, he was VP of corporate affairs.
