LOS ANGELES and CHICAGO: Lewis PR has ambitious growth plans for 2006, looking to more than double the five US offices the UK-based tech agency already has.
The agency is opening an LA office this month to work with digital media companies. For instance, Lewis will support client AlwaysOn Network's digital media event, OnHollywood. Later in March, the agency will open a Chicago office to meet demand from clients who want representation in the Midwest.
Lewis already has offices in San Francisco, New York, Washington, Boston, and San Diego. The agency hopes to find the right talent to open offices in Atlanta, Denver, Miami, and Austin, TX, later this year.
"In a global environment, speed is key," said agency CEO Chris Lewis. "Clients want to be in all markets at once. So we need to have the infrastructure to make that happen."
The new offices will start with two employees, but the agency is aiming for a staff of 10 in each.
