SINGAPORE: Porter Novelli, an Omnicom agency, has bought the remaining 20% of Bentley Porter Novelli in Singapore. The agency will be known as Porter Novelli Pte Ltd., effective immediately.

As part of the change, Porter Novelli has named Edward Dixon MD of the Singapore office. Dixon was previously EVP at PN’s headquarters in New York. Before relocating to Singapore, he led major programs for PN global clients such as HP and Timberland.

“Porter Novelli is experiencing increased demand for our service throughout Asia,” said Helen Ostrowski, CEO of Porter Novelli, in a release. “Moreover, a fully-owned Porter Novelli office in Singapore is a strategic investment to ensure we have a strong, central base to coordinate regional work for our global clients in the region. We have been active in this region for fifteen years and this move is a natural progression of that strategy.”
