LOS ANGELES: The Lippin Group, a Los Angeles-based entertainment PR and marketing firm, has created a new practice Brand to Hollywood last week.
Headed by Jennifer Price, EVP, and Alex Lippin, senior account executive, the unit will tie corporate brands with entertainment events and celebrities.
"It was a natural extension of what we have been doing with corporate sponsors over the years," said Dick Lippin, Chairman and CEO. Brand to Hollywood will create a mutually-beneficial network between the media and corporate brands, providing clients a service that exceeds the average press release.
"Our strategy was to use [our] high degree of visibility in the entertainment industry and our daily interactions with the media to promote the successful execution of corporate campaigns," Lippin explained.
In its twenty years of operation, the independent company has grown from representing corporate sponsors for television programs to a multi-platformed agency with clients in home entertainment as well as licensing, new media, music, and film. The agency represents entertainment events such as the NAACP Image Awards, the Primetime and Daytime Emmy Awards, and The Writer's Guild Awards. Debut Brand to Hollywood clients include Architectural Digest, Marc Anthony hair products, and Victoria's Secret beauty products.
