NEW YORK: Mobile entertainment company Limbo 41414 has named Dan Klores Communications AOR, citing its celebrity experience and ability to unite clients.

Limbo provides a mobile phone, text-message-based game where users bid for prizes like Harley-Davidson motorcycles, TVs, and Major League Soccer tickets.

Stacy Geagan Wagner, Limbo's director of corporate communications, had previously worked with DKC, where she guided the launch of Song from Delta Airlines. Jeff Klein, EVP, will lead DKC's team.

Wagner said Limbo hopes DKC can supplement its business and tech media coverage with more consumer and local media.

"We do well talking to business and tech reporters, but we need to bridge the gap between consumer and business; it's a challenge they will help us face," Wagner said.

One example would be garnering local media coverage for the winners of prizes, Wagner said. She added that Limbo was in discussions with a number of DKC clients to see if a synergistic relationship would make sense.
