Security guard uniforms - all (relatively) upscale stores and office buildings boast a cadre of fearsomely dressed security guards. Most don't look very fearsome personally, but they do have sharp berets.

Mustache trimmers - self explanatory. The mustache is to Indian male fashion what the quarter-inch facial scruff is to Jake Gyllenhaal.

Plywood and 2x4s - scaffolding on buildings around Mumbai, I noticed, is made, literally, of sticks. It looks like the construction set of Survivor. In one new building, those sticks were serving as the basis of the walls being built. Home Depot could make a killing here.

Pressure washers - Most of the apartment blocks in Mumbai don't look any worse than the older sections of Daytona Beach, except that nearly all of them have been seized by creeping black mildew that is inherent to concrete buildings in tropical climates. Blasting that stuff off would, conservatively, double real estate values overnight. Again, Home Depot - wake up.
