But there has been the eerie black-and-white image of an actor portraying President Bush falling in front of a large crowd, making you think he's been shot by an unseen assailant.

This is a still from Death of a President, a film that first showed at the Toronto Film Festival in September and is now scheduled to open October 27. Reuters reports that major theater chains are turning down the film. What audiences can't have is usually what piques their interest most.
