Researchers have announced this week that people who eat a Mediterranean diet have lowered rates of Alzheimer’s disease and those with mild cases of the disease can slow its progress with omega-3 fatty acid supplements.
Neither of these findings offers a cure. But prevention and overall good health are a step in the right direction.
