LONDON: The Dubai Press Club has hired Hill & Knowlton to provide PR counsel and services to "improve the understanding of Dubai globally," according to a US government filing by Hill & Knowlton. Andrew Pharoah, H&K UK's head of corporate practices in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, is overseeing the contract, the length and size of which were undisclosed.
