Freed moves to fuse

NEW YORK: Fuse, Rainbow Media's music-focused cable channel, has named Joanne Freed VP of consumer public relations. In her new role, Freed will spearhead publicity strategies for the network's programming initiatives. Prior to joining fuse, Freed served as VP and group manager, brand practice at Ketchum.
