DENVER: JohnstonWells Public Relations has hired veteran television journalist Marc Williams to lead the firm's broadcast division. Williams joins the firm as a senior counselor and has more than two decades of experience in PR and broadcast journalism as an assignment editor, producer, manager, and assistant news director. At JohnstonWells, Williams will provide strategic counsel to clients regarding local and national broadcast outreach. He most recently served as director of media relations for Catholic Health Initiatives. Prior to that, Williams spent 20 years as an assignment editor, newsroom manager, and field producer with KUSA-TV in Denver.
