WASHINGTON: Amtrak VP of corporate communications William Schulz was among the five executives fired by CEO Alexander Kummant, according to Legal Times. The company has been the subject of a congressional probe involving mismanagement of $100 million in legal funds. Others fired include CFO David Smith, Thomas Schmidt, assistant VP of transportation, police chief Alfred Broadbent, and VP of marketing and sales Barbara Richardson.
