MEMPHIS, TN: FedEx VP of corporate communications Eric Jackson has left the company after four years in that role to pursue other interests, according to Bill Margaritis, SVP worldwide communications and IR.
Jackson could not be reached for comment.
Margaritis said the company is working with recruitment firm Heyman Associates on finding a successor. He added that no timetable had been put in place to find someone.
FedEx is also still searching for a managing director of global communications. That spot was left vacant nearly 12 months ago when Martin Liptrot left to join Ogilvy PR Worldwide. Heyman is working with FedEx on finding a successor for that position as well.
