Boyce to head ATA public affairs

WASHINGTON: The American Trucking Associations has hired Clayton Boyce as VP of public affairs, succeeding Mike Russell, who died in a rafting accident last June. Boyce is a former editor-in-chief and publisher of Traffic World magazine and most recently was a public affairs officer in the US Department of Transporation Office of the Inspector General.
