DETROIT: General Motors has put its account for work for the Middle East up for review, according to Patrick Morrissey, general director of communications at GM for Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East.
Morrissey said the company issued an RFP because its contract with Hill and Knowlton is set to expire. He said the company hopes to make a decision this summer.
"The auto market for the Middle East is growing and GM is introducing new brands," he said, adding that most of the agency's work would involve product launches.
He would not comment on the size of the account.
