LONDON: Text 100 has integrated with August One in the UK, a sister firm within the Next Fifteen Group, the company announced last week, all under the Text brand.
The union will expand Text's reach through EMEA. August's staff base covers the UK, Spain, Germany, and the Nordic region.
Aedhmar Hynes, CEO of Text, said this move will strengthen the firm's offerings across the world in the consumer, corporate communications, and digital lifestyle sectors. "[It's] a wonderful case to step forward in our business," she noted.
Hynes added that while this will have a direct impact on the UK, "it's another sign of us adding to our talent and consumer, corporate communications, and digital lifestyle practices throughout the world." She said it is something Text has been building towards in North America.
Sarah Howe, current August MD, will manage the newly formed corporate communications and consumer unit within Text 100 UK. August director Sarah MacKenzie will become regional creative director for Text 100 in EMEA.
"This is all about the opportunity to get some great people on board," Hynes said.
All current August clients, including TOTAL, Whirlpool, and PriceRunner.co.uk, will remain.
