The Consumerist and Feministe both have posts and comments that thoroughly rip American, excoriating the company for what they feel is the condescending tone of the site.
Air travel is rife with delays and cancellations (not to mention diminshing comforts, like pillows and blankets), issues that the airline should be addressing for both men and women. Today's WSJ has a story describing how these problems will get worse with the summer travel season. Perhaps addressing these concerns, which apply to everyone, would be time better spent.
