Finsbury and Brunswick handle Thomson-Reuters deal

LONDON: Thomson and Reuters are working with two specialty firms in the UK to help them handle communications surrounding the planned $17.6 billion sale of Thomson to Reuters. Thomson is working with Finsbury, while Reuters is using Brunswick Group, both in the UK. If the deal goes through as planned, it would create the world's largest financial information company.
