An interesting story in the WSJ (PDF alert).

Scotts Miracle-Gro, a provider of lawn products, is suing TerraCycle, also a provider of lawn products, for copyright infringement and false advertising. These type of lawsuits tend to cause the defendan(s) t to turn taciturn, but TerraCycle, instead, has set up a blog, Suedbyscotts.com, to counter claims and, also, have some fun with the proceedings (or, as much fun as one can while being sued).

In one entry, they posted a side-by-side comparison of the two companies, using a number of categories like profit (not yet, for TerraCycle) and picture of the two company's headquarters.

Now, this is unlikely to help people grasp the nuances of the litigation, but it at least will attract some attention.
