Osterberg leaves MPAA for private practice

WASHINGTON: Gayle Osterberg is leaving her role as VP of corporate communications for the Motion Picture Association of America to start her own Washington-based public affairs firm. Prior to joining the MPAA in 2005, Osterberg served as a spokesperson for Oklahoma Senator Don Nickles (OK-R); she was previously the communications director for Senate Budget Committee chairman Judd Gregg. Though Osterberg is set to depart the MPAA at the end of this week, her position has not yet been filled.
