Photojournalists at the Baltimore Sun have launched a byline strike, fearing management's move to put cameras in the hands of reporters will drive down the quality of the art in the paper. It's not the first time this issue has arisen, of course, but perhaps it's time to start thinking about alternative ways to organize a newsroom.
